The first season of the television series Kundali Bhagya stars Preeta and Srishti, who are sisters. They lived in a little village with their father. Their mother abandoned them when they were quite little. After their father died, they longed to discover and be with their mother again. They set out to find her in Bombay. Preeta, a doctor, was requested to look after the Luthra family’s grandmother. Karan, the tiny kid, began to develop affection for her. They’re a little in love, and Rishabh, their oldest child, works in the same place as Preeta. Karan and Preeja were madly in love with one other, but they never admitted it. In the long run, they were just terrific buddies.
Palki tells Kavya that he can’t come. Kavya asks where Rajveer is because it’s his sister’s function. Rajveer says he will come in two hours after finishing some work. Preeta is walking in the hallway when Karan follows her. He sees her help a patient and tells a ward boy to bring a wheelchair quickly. Karan is sad and mad because he hasn’t seen Preeta. He doesn’t know what she’s going through. He wonders if he should punish himself, but he knows it won’t be enough because Preeta’s suffering is too much for anyone to bear. Preeta asks her sister if the other patient has arrived, and Rakhi asks Karan where he is. Rakhi also praises the therapist who treated them today. Rakhi was teaching someone how to exercise.

Before the project even starts, Rajveer is talking on the phone and telling Karan’s competitor that Shaurya is capable of ruining the whole project. Rajveer tells Shaurya that he can prove their dad wrong by taking care of the North East project. Shaurya encourages Palki to be angry with Rajveer.
